Salary:  £21,000 - £25,000 (based on experience) Uncapped Commission Company KPI Scheme – OTE £50k. Top Performers Earn £60k plus.

Junior Sales Support Administrator


Job Title: Junior Sales Support Administrator                                    
Position Type: Full-time - Permanent
Hours: Monday – Thursday  8:30am – 5pm, Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: £21k to £23k dependant on experience.

Summary

Joining M W Vehicle Contracts Limited as a Junior Sales Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless transition of customers from the sales process to the delivery of their leased vehicles. Your responsibilities will encompass order management, coordination of deliveries, handling of administrative tasks, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Order and Delivery Coordination:
o    Assist in reviewing and verifying sales orders prior to placing them with suppliers.
o    Support in maintaining regular communication with customers, guiding them through finance documentation processes.
o    Help coordinate vehicle deliveries once finance documents are completed and vehicles are in stock.
o    Assist in ensuring all necessary post-delivery paperwork is accurately completed and submitted for timely payments.

Administrative Support:
o    Aid in handling PCN notices and communicating relevant charges and admin fees to customers.
o    Support end-of-contract collections and part exchanges, ensuring accurate stocking platform placement.
o    Assist in invoicing processes to ensure prompt issuance of invoices.
o    Help input additional vehicle profits into our bespoke CRM system and assist in invoicing upon delivery.

Customer Service:
o    Provide assistance in addressing escalated customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
o    Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous handling of interactions.

Requirements:
o    Experience in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.
o    Good Customer Service skills.
o    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
o    Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
o    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary and Hours:
o    Annual salary range: £21,000-£23,000 based on experience.
o    Full-time position: 39.5 hours per week.
